Happy October!

I hope you are all enjoying the fall…it seems to be breezing by! I can’t believe that October is already half over!

Which reminds me-the holidays are right around the corner. What does that mean? More food, parties, temptations, less time for exercise. Don’t let this holiday season affect your goals and progress! There are many ways to beat holiday weight gain. I’ll be writing more about ways you can stay motivated over the holidays, but for now, please take a look at this great website:

Very easy to sign up (no cost). There are many tools that you can navigate on this site-food/calorie tracking, menu plans, message boards, motivational tips, and much much more! I really like this site and I think it is worth taking a look at when you have a chance!

    I’ve been using the calorie counter and fitness tracker on for a couple months now and thanks to it, I’ve finally lost those extra lbs from LAST winter!
