Exercise Videos-part 1
Hello & Happy February!
I hope you are all having a great weekend! I wanted to share a video series I did last year-don’t laugh too hard-it’s just me covering tubing exercises for upper and lower body. It was a bright and sunny day (as you can see by my squinting), and I had to get all these exercises in in only one take-challenging! š Enjoy!

I loved these videos. I am a big fan of using excercise bands and tubing. They don't take up much space and they can be taken anywhere.
You look fantastic in the videos. Red was a good choice for you. The setting is beautiful of course. Nice job!I want to try "the offering".I like the way you looked like a fly (haha, j/k).
I also like to vary the timing of how each excercise is executed. I like to do a 3-2-1 down or a 3-2-1 up to make it more chalenging…and then vary it to a 2-2. I do those kind of counts with everything and it makes my muscles fatigue without always increasing weight. I also love seated rows with the band wrapped around my feet. I like the way it works my abs, too.
