Client Achievements

November 13, 2008

Congratulations to these clients for making great strides on improving their health!

Megan Lamb: Just 9 short months post-partum, not only has Megan returned to her pre-baby weight, but she has also made the time to train for a marathon, which will be next month (December). Not a small feat for a working new mom! Megan is the perfect example that if you want to achieve a goal, you WILL regardless of the challenges you face. There aren’t too many challenges that I can conceive that would be more tiring than taking care of a newborn-but Megan is one of those people who was so determined coming back into training that I knew she’d get to where she needed to be in time. In no time at all! I am wishing her the best of luck as she embarks on her marathon in December-I know you will do great, Megan!!! :o)

Megan Roberts: Another amazing transformation-body and attitude! She came in very new to weight lifting, and in less than a year, she is one of the strongest I train. Her body fat has decreased nearly 8 percent! Megan also sticks to her sessions on a regular basis, rarely canceling because of fatigue or lack of sleep. Commitment! Thanks for working so hard, Megan!

Mike Northrup: Another success story! Mike reached his first goal-a total of 25 pounds lost! Congratulations on your success and all the hard work you’ve put into achieving it, Mike! :>

I am proud of all of you, regardless of whether or not you have reached your specified “goal”. Remember that making lifestyle changes can take time-it is not an overnight process (as some TV shows or books may seem to indicate). Hard wired behavior patterns take time to unlearn. If you haven’t achieved your goal, don’t be so hard on yourself. Realize that you are doing what you can right now, and that you are worth it, and your health is worth it. I do hope to see each and every one of you to your personal goal, whatever it may be. Until then, keep at it! :>

Until next time!
Jeannette
