It’s calories that count
Hello!
It’s been a fast and busy month! With spring and summer around the corner, it’s time to get into gear! I was sent this article by a friend and I thought I’d pass it along:

I know you can’t hear it enough…but it’s calories that count, and there’s no magic diet or pill that works better than good old fashioned food monitoring and exercising.
I do not count calories; however, I do know that you MUST keep track of what is going in if you are on a weight lost quest. And because of the tendency for Americans to overindulge, I do recommend food logging or joining a program that will keep you in check. You will have greater success!
Please take a moment to read the article. I hope that you are all on your way to achieving the body that you desire this year! Here’s to great health!

Running video!
Hi again!
Here’s me again, blabbing about running technique. I did this video over a year ago as well, but wanted to share with you (if you’re interested in running, running technique, etc.). I am posting one video, but the rest are on the site.
Happy running! I’m off for a trail run now!

Exercise Videos-part 1
Hello & Happy February!
I hope you are all having a great weekend! I wanted to share a video series I did last year-don’t laugh too hard-it’s just me covering tubing exercises for upper and lower body. It was a bright and sunny day (as you can see by my squinting), and I had to get all these exercises in in only one take-challenging! 🙂 Enjoy!

The rest should be on the site, so I won’t attach them all. You can do a lot with tubing-no equipment needed (except the tube, of course).
Best!

Aspartame & brain cancer
For those of you who love your diet products-I suggest you take 10 minutes and watch this video. This is a controversial subject, but I have always believed that diet products are not good for the body, despite what the FDA approves.
Simply, how can chemicals be good for our body? We ingest so many on a daily basis-why add to that?
If you need more information, I suggest doing some research on Aspartame/Splenda and all the other artificial sweeteners on the market today.
